The Diplomatic Pass is obtained from the Blue Cross and Blue Crescent Organization by providing great services to the organization for global personalities such as donations and other humanitarian works that serve the interest of the organization and humanitarian charitable work.

The Diplomatic Pass enables its holder to facilitate his tasks It is freely transported across the countries of the world, and its bearer enjoys some diplomatic immunities, which derive from some of the legal articles included in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Conventions concluded for the diplomatic work of organizations.

The Diplomatic Pass does not replace the National Passport, but it always follows it in the movements of its bearer and is always provided with an attachment to the National Passport.
