Notice of the Meeting

Dear Esteemed Guests,

We are delighted to invite you to the Founding Meeting of the BANGLADESH BLUE CRESCENT SOCIETY, which will be held on Wednesday, 17th May 2023, at 4 pm. The meeting will take place at Crystal Palace, 13th floor, House No. 22, Road No. 140, Gulshan 1, Dhaka.

We are honored to have Mr. Monsur Ahmed Chowdhury, a distinguished Human Rights Activist for Persons with Disabilities and Senior Ashoka Fellow, chairing the meeting. Your presence as founding members is crucial to transact the business with the following agenda:

Agenda:

1. Self-introduction
2. Brief description of the principles and activities of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement worldwide by Mr. Md. Jashimuddin, Ambassador at Large of the body and Secretary-General of the Bangladesh Blue Crescent Society.
3. Discussion about the constitution of the Bangladesh Blue Crescent Society.
4. Discussion about the office of society.
5. Discussion and application for registration of the Bangladesh Blue Crescent Society with the Joint Stock Company and Firms of the Government of Bangladesh.
6. Discussion and opening of the bank account of the society after approval of the constitution by the Founding Members.
7. Discuss and establish correspondence with the Federation of Blue Cross and Blue Crescent Societies Registered Head Office in New Delhi.
8. Discussion about the program and activities of the Bangladesh Blue Crescent Society.
9. Any other business.
